About Us

UMZUZI has many years' experience in the tracking & tracing of beneficiaries of unclaimed benefits for pension and provident funds, and obtaining the required documentation from the beneficiaries for submission to the funds. During its existence Umzuzi has handled hundreds of thousands of instructions and has played an integral part in the succesful payment of thousands of unclaimed benefits to members or their next of kin.

 

Apart from our call centre based phone and desktop tracers, Umzuzi has a country-wide field agent network with years of intelligence gathering and civil investigative experience to trace beneficiaries with whom no telephonic contact was possible, and we obtained physical address information through our various data enrichment solutions and specialised tracing tools.

 

UMZUZI and its agents have in-depth knowledge of the geographic dispensation of the different regions in South Africa, and understands the protocol involved to initiate discussions with traditional leaders and councilors. Umzuzi has a tried and tested approach when it comes to initiating discussions with public service bodies such as churches, hospitals, clinics, communities, post offices and schools, with the view of tracing the relevant beneficiaries.
